Theatre Hire
Hiring Details
Enquiries regarding theatre bookings should be directed to the Theatre Manager. YPT shall provide such staff, equipment and services as are specified at the full cost to the Hirer or as included within the Hire Agreement and as determined within the Venue Rental Schedule.
Pencilled Bookings
Pencilled bookings may be negotiated with the Theatre Manager.
Confirmed Bookings
Bookings are confirmed when YPT receives a signed Conditions of Hire Agreement and the Security Deposit. You may need to download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to read this document.

Cancellations
Cancellation after confirmation of the agreement or part thereof, will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus any other costs incurred.
