The Addams Family Y@P is Covid Safe!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE ATTENDING THE ADDAMS FAMILY YOUNG AT PART (Y@P)
YPT’s production of The Addams Family Y@P is playing at YPT from 7 April – 24 April.

YPT is a Covid Safe Organisation and is strictly adhering to the following during our production of The Addams Family Y@P.

Conditions of Entry

If you have experienced a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breathe or have been overseas or in an Australian Hot Spot in the last month or are awaiting Covid test results or are a close contact of a confirmed case, you may NOT enter YPT.

Ticket Purchasing
– Ticket Purchase must be done online anytime or by calling the Box Office on 49614895 on Saturdays from 9-1pm
– Contact Details including mobile and email address of the person booking tickets will be retained by YPT for our Covid Register. You may be asked to confirm your details on arrival or provide for other members of your booking.
– Tickets are not able to be purchased at the door.
– Online Ticket Sales close two hours prior to performance start time.

Ticket Exchanges
– Our Standard ‘No refunds or Exchanges Policy’ is flexible during Covid 19
– If you do not meet the above Conditions of Entry and unable to attend a performance, please contact boxoffice@ypt.org.au promptly and we will arrange an alternative
– The right of admission is reserved by YPT Staff at the Venue. If you are presenting with symptoms you will not be granted entry

On Arrival at the Theatre
– Doors will opened 15 minutes prior to performance time.
– You will be greeted by a friendly member of the YPT Team and allowed to enter the building in small groups.
– On entering you will be required to use the hand sanitising station and move promptly to your seat.
– Seating is allocated and we ask you to remain in this seat
– Only ticket holders will be granted access to the building
– Please maintain social distancing outside the Theatre

Things to Note
– The Addams Family Y@P runs for 80 minutes with an interval.
– There will be no canteen facilities during this time.
– YPT is cash free
– You will not be able to eat or drink in the auditorium; bottled water is accepted.
– There will be no physical show program for sale however you will be able to access a digital copy.
– There will be no cast Meet and Greet and you will not be able to wait at Stage Door or on the footpath at the front of the building
