Everything from “Chicken Little” to “The Gingerbread Man” gets a complete makeover. Fun music and witty narration accompany the likes of ineloquent giants, sassy barnyard animals, colossal cow pies, and enough stinky cheese to go around!

Lily, Leila and Isla attended the final dress rehearsal for Disney’s Newsies JR. Here’s what they thought about the show.
What is the show about?
Isla, 11: Newsies Jnr was an outstanding performance that was about how everybody deserves a say and the right to always to be respected.
Lily, 11: The show is all about a boy named Jack who, with his best friend Crutchie (you’ll see why he’s called that in the show) are paper boys but in a world full of outrageous prices and unfair bosses can anyone really win?
What did you like best about the show?
Leila, 11: The start was really good, it set the mood for the entire show.
Isla: I really enjoyed the choreography and dancing, and the costumes and the lighting of the show was fantastic.
Lily: It is very well made, with all the actors and actresses putting in 200% all through the show. Before the show began, I could see a very inclusive cast of performers, ultimately leading to a better show, and this was only the dress rehearsal!
Why should audiences come see the show?
Isla: The show gave the audience the opportunity to learn about the history of newspaper delivery kids and I liked learning about this through the characters.
Lily: It is very well made, with all the performers putting in 200% all through the show.
Leila: It was really fun!
