YPT is a registered not – for – profit charity that has been inspiring young people since 1948.
We’ve proudly offered a creative home to young performers, technicians and theatre-makers for over 75 years. We are committed to remaining affordable, accessible and inclusive, so every young person has the opportunity to grow, belong and create ‘theatre for young people, by young people’. YPT relies on the generosity of our volunteers and supporters to be able to continue our mission and move YPT into the next 75 years.
Donations
As a not-for-profit, we work hard to keep ticket prices and theatre school programs affordable for all families. But to keep our stage safe, our facilities thriving, and our programs evolving, we rely on the generosity of our community and we need your support.
Becoming a regular donor will help us:
- Upgrade and maintain our theatre infrastructure
- Continue ongoing maintenance for our theatre space
- Launch new, inclusive creative programs
- Keep YPT accessible for all young people
- Offer scholarships to students in need
