YPT policies sit under and are informed by the YPT Constitution and are subject to Australian and NSW legislation, as appropriate, including the Dept of Health guidelines.

The Constitution is the legal and governing document that outlines the objectives and guidelines of which YPT is governed. This document informs all policies and procedures.
