We are excited to announce that our production of Disney and Pixar’s Finding Nemo JR. is officially OPEN! We are having some AMAZING audiences and we want to share what two of our students had to say about it! Our Kids Quotes reviewers for this production were Olive (12) and Cal (14).
What happens in the show?
Cal: Finding Nemo is about a young fish named Nemo who gets lost and needs to be saved by his father and his friend Dory. It’s a happy and hilarious story about the bond between a father and son.
Olive: Nemo’s mum, Coral, gets killed by a Baracuta and Nemo is the only egg left. Nemo starts school and embarks on a big adventure! Nemo tries to touch the ‘butt’ and gets trapped! Marlin start’s looking for Nemo and meets Dory, who forgets almost everything! They then meet some sharks and THEN…….. want to hear more? Get your tickets to hear the full story.
What did you like best about the performance?
Cal: There were so many things to love about this show but my favourite thing would have to be the hilarious Shark and Tank gang scenes.
Olive: I really liked when Dory came in because she had so much energy! I also loved the turtle scene, so cool!
Why should audiences come to see the show?
Cal: This show is such a funny , family friendly show that showcase the incredible bond between a father and son, it also shows the incredible power of friendship. Everyone should absolutely come to watch this show.
Olive: It’s really family friendly and fun! Catchy songs and everything. YPT DEFINTELY puts on the best shows ever! Overall, great show and you’ll all love.
What in technical elements did you like about the production:
Cal: the hilarious songs and music added to the constant smile on my face. The lighting was absolutely vibrant and bright this stage constantly felt like WOW. The costumes OMG they were awesome. The Set and costumes constantly had my jaw on the floor, they looked incredible on stage together.
