This production features 7 roles in each cast and is made up by students from years 10-13! Jam packed full of talent, these senior students have been working so hard to make these cartoon characters come to life!
Happiness is great musical theatre! Based on the beloved Peanuts Charles Schulz comic strips, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown is a revue of songs and vignettes with charm, wit, and heart. Charlie Brown and the entire Peanuts gang explore life’s great questions as they play baseball, struggle with homework, sing songs, write novels, swoon over their crushes, and celebrate the joy of friendship.

The Shoemaker’s Secret

This production features 57 students, most of which in primary school. Their adorable characters and beautiful songs will make you want to get up and join them on stage!
Shoemaker William McShoes is asked to hand-make dancing shoes for the Princess, despite his failing eyesight. A rival shoemaker, who uses machinery to make shoes, overhears and plans to steal the commission. The next morning, William finds a beautiful pair of dancing shoes already made on his workbench. Who are his secret helpers? How can he repay them? Will the Princess choose these shoes? The Shoemaker’s Secret’ is a traditional fairytale with a modern twist, which features an original script by Wendy Leis, with songs by Glenda Price and orchestration by Alexandra McCann. Threaded through this wonderful play are the timeless themes of teamwork, following dreams, self-belief, and the power of kindness.

Middle school, ugh. It’s the worst. But Greg is determined not to be at the bottom of the popularity chart. He’ll leave that to his weird neighbor, Fregley. Or maybe Greg’s best friend, Rowley Jefferson. But it’s not goingto be Greg…no way. Jeff Kinney’s popular character from the hit book series takes center stage as Greg’s cartoon diary becomes a hilarious and heartfelt musical. Will Greg’s plans to become popular lead him to sacrifice his one true friend? Can anyone avoid the dreaded Cheese Touch? Grab a hall pass and don’t be late for an adventure familiar to anyone who actually survived middle school.
